Curbed LA quoted Lisa Schweitzer of the USC Price School about the impact on usage patterns if cities build better bus stops for patrons.

 “I love the idea of making bus stops playful, interesting, comfortable, and full of information about the system and places it can take you. There are wonderful bus stops all over the world, where designers have put effort into thinking about the comfort and pleasure of transit patrons. How often does a bus make you smile? Not very often.
