A Biden win is great, but some women are even prouder to see Kamala Harris make history

Los Angeles Times featured Ange-Marie Hancock Alfaro of the USC Dornsife College on the significance of electing Sen. Kamala Harris as the country’s next vice president.

“[My family and I] were very concerned that America, other voters in other states, would still not be progressive enough to vote for Harris. I think she had quite the opposite impact.”
