Fox News Los Angeles affiliate KTTV-TV featured Jody Armour of the USC Gould School on the importance of Black voter turnout in the 2020 election.

“The Black vote is the backbone of the Democratic Party for sure. It has been the most loyal and reliable constituency. It helped to pull [Joe Biden] out of what looked like a disastrous run in the primaries.”
