Serena Allen

Serena is a third year undergraduate at USC Price, studying Public Policy with a double emphasis in Advanced Policy Analysis and International Policy and Development. After attending a variety of on campus political discussions, she realized many students (including herself) lacked a basic understanding of how economics interacts with the policy issues we hear about every day. From this vision The Policy Paycheck was born, in hopes of creating a standardized evidence based discussion about policy for people across the nation.
