Shifting the Burden: Health Care

The USC Price Bedrosian Center on Governance and the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) Southern California Chapter held an important panel discussion on the impact of federal health care reform on state and local organizations and health care delivery in Los Angeles County. The panel will examin houw shifting fiscal and service provision responsibilities across the fedral, state and local levels of government are affecting local and state organizations and service providers.

This is part two of the multi-year Bedrosian Center/ ASPA series Shifting the Burden. The October 2nd discussion is intended to develop a better understanding of the challenges and benefits of implementing heath care reform in California and Los Angeles County.
