Heonuk Ha completed undergraduate studies in English Literature and Philosophy at the Korea University and earned MPP/MAE in Public Policy and Applied Economics from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He worked for several policy institutes such as the Detroit Mayor’s Office, the United Nations’ Economic Commission, and the International Forestry Resources and Institutions (IFRI) at the University of Michigan. As a Ph.D. student of the USC Price School of Public Policy, he has concentrated on studying and researching about the political economy of federal fiscal policy.
