The Washington Post featured Marlon Boarnet of the USC Price School on the future of rail transit in Phoenix.

“If Phoenix were to stop rail transit investments, it would be going back in time to an old auto-only mode that most cities in the U.S. — and the world — are moving away from,” he said.
