ABC News Los Angeles affiliate KABC-TV featured David Sloane of the USC Price School on lessons from the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic. About 675,000 people died in the United States during the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic and many of those public health lessons can apply to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
