“I oppose menthol cigarette bans, for one thing, because they are a modern, progressive effort that too closely resembles last century’s failed logic behind alcohol prohibition and the War on Drugs. Two institutionalized systems whose goals were to lessen crime, yet instead had the unintended consequence of establishing criminal empires.”
