Bakaly, the former City Manager at Park City, Utah is currently the City Manager of Hermosa Beach, CA. As the Chief Executive of City operations, Bakaly manages all municipal activities, advise the City Council on the City’s financial and capital improvement needs, appoints department heads, and coordinates intergovernmental relations among other duties. A native Californian, Bakaly earned his MPA at USC and is currently on the advisory board of the Bedrosian Center on Governance.
